Open your Managed pages
Once the Managed add-on is active, Weekly Tasks, Post Approvals and Extra Jobs appear in the left menu of your panel.
Create a brief
On the Extra Jobs page, click “New extra job” and give it a title, plus a description if you want. Your specialist has 3 days to deliver.
Track progress
Follow the status on the same page: your specialist works on the job, then it waits for your review. If you reject a delivery, your specialist tries again; after the third rejection the job is closed and you get the extra job back.
Review and approve
You have 48 hours to approve or reject a delivery. Posts your specialist prepares wait for you under Post Approvals.
