Pavern Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pavern, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.

Pavern is a comprehensive social media management (SMM) platform providing AI-powered content planning, automated scheduling, analytics and an optional Managed service, in which an independent specialist you choose runs your content. When you connect and publish to YouTube through Pavern, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You retain full ownership of and responsibility for the content you publish through Pavern. You agree not to use Pavern to:

• Publish illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing material.
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok).
• Send spam, artificially inflate engagement, or make abusive API requests.

Automated publishing is subject to a fair-use ceiling on each platform that bills per action (currently X). Reaching the ceiling pauses further posts to that platform until the monthly limit resets; a clear notice is shown in the app, and publishing to all other platforms continues unaffected.

Pavern reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or trigger third-party API restrictions.

If you purchase the optional Managed add-on on a Pro or Business plan, you can request that tasks be performed directly by our experts.

The Pavern team streamlines your content strategy and runs the content creation process.

It is your responsibility to review and approve content created by Pavern before it is published to your profiles.

Free plan: We offer a free plan so you can experience Pavern's self-service tools risk-free.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, according to the interval you choose.

Refund Policy: We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Payments are non-refundable after 5 days or once a significant part of the Managed service has been delivered. For detailed terms, see our full Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time under Plans & Payment in your panel to prevent future charges.

Pavern acts as a management tool and is not responsible for the performance of your social media accounts, algorithm changes on third-party platforms, or API outages beyond our control.
