By accessing or using Pavern, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't accept these terms, please don't use our platform.

Pavern is a comprehensive Social Media Management (SMM) platform providing AI-powered content planning, automated scheduling, analytics, and expert management on demand from the Pavern team. When you connect and publish to YouTube through Pavern, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The user retains full ownership of and responsibility for content published through Pavern. You agree NOT to use Pavern to:

• Publish illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing material.
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media networks (X, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok).
• Make spam, artificial engagement farming, or abusive API requests.

Automated publishing is subject to platform-specific fair-use ceilings on networks that bill per action (currently X). Reaching a ceiling pauses further posts to that network until the monthly window resets; a clear notice is shown in the app and publishing to all other networks continues unaffected.

Pavern reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or trigger third-party API restrictions.

If you purchase the optional Managed add-on on a Pro or Business plan, you can request that tasks be performed directly by our experts.

The Pavern team streamlines your content strategy and runs the content creation process.

It is your responsibility to review and approve content created by Pavern before it's published to your profiles.

Free Tier: We offer free tier usage so you can experience Pavern's self-service tools risk-free.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, according to the interval you choose.

Refund Policy: We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Payments are non-refundable after 5 days or once significant managed services have been delivered. Pavern acts as a management tool and is not responsible for the performance of your social media accounts, algorithm changes on third-party platforms, or API outages beyond our control.
