At Pavern, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Social Media Management platform. If our system doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. You can request a refund within the first five (5) days from your initial purchase.
Eligibility & Conditions
Time Frame: Your refund request must be submitted within exactly 5 days (120 hours) from the date of the original transaction.
First-Time Purchase Only: This policy applies only to your first subscription payment. Automatic renewals for subsequent months are non-refundable.
Fair Use for Managed Services: If your subscription includes tasks performed by the Pavern Team (Pro or Business plans) and our team has started or delivered manual content production within the 5 days, a pro-rated deduction may apply to your refund to cover the human work already performed.
Cancellation After 5 Days
After the 5-day window has passed, all payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime from the centralized dashboard to prevent future charges. After cancellation, you retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
